First of all, a caveats: my intention with this newsletter is to publish texts that people might find interesting instead of publishing outright marketing stuff. My last post was about how I assembled my short story collection instead of a “hey, I have a collection, here are the links”. The only exception for this are the tidbits in the end of each post.

That said, I'm breaking this rule just once. But it will be very short, I promise!

Turns out I'm an Ignyte Award finalist for Oustanding Novelette with my Nebula-nominated story A Short Biography of a Conscious Chair, published at Samovar Magazine on February 2023.

The complete list of works can be found here, which includes works by an array of artists quite impressive. I recommend you check out some of the work there.

Another cool thing that is ongoing is that the solarpunk graphic novel of my story Anticipation of Hollowness is seeking funding in BackerKit during Comictopia 2024 with a group of other utopian comic book projects.

It's available in pdf, epub, paperback, and signed hardcover, and was adapted by Michele Paris and Lorenzo Livrieri.

The story is available to read or listen at Escape Pod, and it was also published in Italian and Portuguese.
